Duri Rejuvacote Review

Hi all, I'm excited to tell you about my experience with Duri Rejuvacote! Nail Polish Canada asked me if I'd like to review the product for them and I jumped at the opportunity! So i'll dig right in ;)

Here's the packaging and directions. Make sure to click on the image so you can read their claims as well.
It just so happened that I had a really bad break on my middle finger which allowed me to really see how well this product works! My nails, other than the break, are already in pretty good shape so I didn't follow the instructions on the box. I just replaced my regular base coat with Duri Rejuvacote and did my mani like normal. This is week one below and my first coat of Rejuvacote. It applies easily and has a nice shine if you wanted to wear it solo. Please excuse my stained nails..I don't do much to get rid of staining since I have polish on them at all times.

Here's my growth at week two below. I can definitely see more white tips! I'm impressed!
And below is my growth at the three week point! Wow! Only three weeks and I went from less than nubs to nails!
And below is my growth at four weeks...i'm sooooo impressed!! I actually even filed my nails a tad after week three to even them out a bit so they'd likely be even longer. I think these photos speak for themselves..don't you? I'm extremely impressed with Duri Rejuvacote and wouldn't hesitate to buy it and endorse it to my clients/followers.
I also tried this out for a couple weeks on a client that had just removed her acrylic enhancements and we both noticed an improvement in the strength of her nails. Unfortunately she was really missing her acrylics so she got them put back on before I could give a good review on what Duri claims to do for "cracked and acrylic eaten nails". I can wholeheartedly say they will make your nails grow like weeds! Well, they certainly did in my case. Also my nails didn't lose any of the strength and flexibility that they had before so it clearly is a good strengthener as well.

I hope you find this review helpful! As always, my thoughts and opinions are my own and I am honest to a fault with all my posts. If you have any other questions please don't hesitate to ask...I love hearing from all of you!! You can find this product here in Canada (free shipping within Canada):

MoYou Pro Collection-20 and my addiction to a particular image!!

Hi all! So when MoYou released images of the new additions to their Pro Collection ( XL plates all the way for this girl) I fell in love! I bought them immediately! For the first time since.....i'm not sure when i've done back to back mani's using one particular image that is AMAZING in my opinion! So i'll bring on the pic spam! =)

Enchanted Polish Hey Jude stamped with OPI Tomorrow Never Dies.

China Glaze Lotus Begin stamped with Konad Pink. This was my personal fave...pics don't do this image justice!
OPI DS Extravagance stamped with Nfu Oh 64. Unfortunately didn't get pics before my nasty break :(
CND Shellac Tropix stamped with Color Club Hot Like Lava....and you guessed it...ALL with the same image from MoYou Pro Collection-20!! The reason for my adoration? It looks like you've done a very cool gradient! It's subtle and fabulous all at the same time. Each time I used it it looked different to me. And as always...great stamping quality :)

So what do you think? Do you like it as much as I do?

Messy Mansion Feather Nails and Nfu Oh Flakies

Hi all, finally got to play with my new MM14 plate and I love it! As always it's fabulous quality and great designs :) I'll get right to it...who really came here to read? ;)

Base: Nfu Oh54 (4 coats) This did not build up well so next..
Base: Nfu Oh 56 (1 coat) Made it a lot more green than intended but built opacity.
Sponged: Models Own Indian Ocean and more Nfu Oh54
Took most of the polish off the brush (picture polish lagoon) and randomly swiped it on the nails.
Stamp: MM14 and Spa Ritual Hugs (a great dark purple)

On with the pics! As usual...please enlarge :)

Top 2 are more color accurate but the bottom two show the awesome Indian Ocean you can't see in the above pics. It really did make this mani pop!!! Also the green in the top 2 isn't so olive and intense.

All pics taken in natural lighting...minimal indirect sunlight.

Well after many layers of polish I got what I was hoping for. This is so much better in person but then aren't they all? Have a fabulous day <3

Neon Nails and MoYou London

Good Morning...*gasp*...yes, morning! lol Only because I haven't had the good sense to sleep yet ;)
So I had a hankering for some neon gradient..but then I wrecked it with stamping..such is life.

Base coat: OPI Nail Envy
Base: Cult Nails Tempest-1.5 coats
Sponged: China Glaze Son of a Peach & Quo by Orly Femme Fatale
Layered: Nfu Oh 48
Stamped: MoYou Sailor Collection-06 & Sinful Colors Dream On
Topcoat: INM Out the Door Fast Drying Topcoat

Make sure to enlarge the pics...hope you like :)

Le sigh...once I stamped you can't even see the pretty gradient..it just looks peach. Still pretty though :)

My sponging didn't look this spotted on the actual nail...strange.
Anyway...have a wonderful weekend everyone! Until next time......;)

MoYou London and leadlight Technique

Hi everybody :)) Quick post today...have been drooling over these images for some time now and I finally did a mani with them. Wanted to use all the OPI Sheer Tints but I didn't have the patience to mess with all that stringy mess so I used Butter London Disco Biscuit with a little bit of topcoat to make it more sheer...I actually just blended them in a blob on my stamping plate.
Base: 2 coats of Cult Nails Tempest (needs some thinner in my opinion)
Stamp: MoYou Pro Collection-03
Flower color: Butter London Disco Biscuit
Big Flowers (thumb&ring finger): OPI Be Magentale With Me & Disco Biscuit
Base: OPI Nail Envy (as always)
Topcoat: Out the Door Fast Drying (as always)

On with the pics! As always be sure to enlarge :)

I also added some pink rhinestones. I messed up the black stripe on my thumb :(
I really love these images together! Enjoyed almost more just black and white. My original vision was just to color the flowers red but it sort of took off and ended up a little much for my taste. Think I would have preferred it if I had maybe just colored in the flowers on my thumbs and ring fingers...oh well! I do still like it.
Have a wonderful Thursday evening :))

OPI Sheer Tints Earth/Birthday Mani

Hi all! A quick post to show you my Earth Day/Birthday Mani :)) My first time ever using the OPI Sheer Tints...yikes! What a stringy mess!!! But alas..it turned out well in the end. Hopefully they can come up with a better formulation and more colors.. because even though they're messy the outcome is worth it. Looking forward to buying some Glaze polish' from Mentality Polish..they said theirs are not stringy so looking forward to trying them out!!
Base: OPI My Vampire is Buff
Stamp: MoYou Pro CollectionXL-10
Dotted on: (Sheer Tints) OPI Be Magentale With Me, Don't Violet Me Down, I Can Teal You Like Me and Models Own Indian Ocean
On with the pics...as always enlarge them!

First 3 pics are taken in front of my back door..no sun to speak of as usual. The bottom pic shows a touch of the sparkle from Indian Ocean that's so much more prominent in person.

Two bottom pics are outside in very dull lighting...no sun here :/

And had to share this last one...doggie is photo bombing :)
Well I hope you all have a wonderful Earth Day :)) Any questions...don't hesitate to ask!

piCture pOlish gravity

Hi people! Happy Saturday for all of you 9-5'ers! I have one of the new LE piCture pOlish shades today to show off...gravity and she's mighty pretty! It's actually not one I thought i'd love but I sooo do! It catches my attention constantly...I stare at my hands more then when I was wearing the aurora/borealis mani last week! It flashes from blue to a really pretty magenta/purple..LOVE it! I also didn't layer over black but used OPI Miss Piggy's Big Number...another great color!! If you love blue..snatch this polish up! No issues with formula for either polish.
Base:OPI Miss Piggy's Big Number (2coats)
Layered: piCture pOlish gravity
Stamped: MoYou Pro Collection-03
As always make sure to enlarge the photos :)

Well...what do you think? Were you lucky enough to snatch up some of these limited edition polish'? I LOVE both of these polish'...sorry, wish I had taken a pic of Miss Piggy's Big Number too :( Hope you all enjoy the rest of your weekend :)
